Restaurante Los Caballeros - Santo Domingo de La Calzada

In an effort to satisfy our most demanding clients, we prepare all our dishes with local produce, and our lamb and beef come from local pastures, making them worthy of mention. We should also mention our speciality, cod, prepared in various ways.

Our philosophy is to conclude a good meal with a good dessert. Our master pastry chef offers a large variety of home-made desserts that are sure to delight all sweet tooths.

Starters

  • Iberian ham D.O. Guijüelo
  • Dry cured meat with ecological Rioja oil and nuts
  • Asparagus with two sauces
  • Sirloin beef Carpaccio with crunchy potatoes and cheese chips
  • Scrambled eggs with blood sausage and pine nuts
  • Grilled blood sausage with apple´s confiture and Red Wine reduction
  • Anchovies from the Cantabrian with green pepper´s ice cream
  • Salmon marinated with arome of citrus
  • Smoked sardines with ajoblanco (cream of almonds and garlic)

  • Roasted peppers salad with low temperature egg
  • Quince and citrus salad with a hazelnut vinaigrette

  • Tongue and shrimp salad with soy vinaigrette
